I recently grabbed lunch at the Whole Foods salad bar, which inherently means I walked out of the place with a bag full of random, new groceries. (Something tells me you can relate?)
Here’s my latest find: Hope Hummus. In Thai Coconut Curry.
Crack this baby open and your hummus is anything but hum-drum.
I put it on my veggie burgers, actual burgers, with chicken, in salads, on tortillas and mixed with warm oats because I live that gluten-free savory life.
Upon checking out their website, I found an even greater variety of yummy hummies. Recipes, too. Thanks, Hope.

Also, if you didn’t notice…THERE’S CHOCOLATE HUMMUS AND THAT’S IMPORTANT.
I have yet to try it but I’ll report back (duh.)
